Spacious and Comfortable Rooms

I recently enjoyed my stay in a King Room, where the spacious layout and modern amenities made me feel right at home. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience during my visit. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring freshly cooked options that set the day off to a great start. I would have appreciated a bit more variety for dinner options as the menu felt somewhat limited.

i had a lovely stay at the white hart. the double room was spacious and clean, with a fantastic private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. the pub food is simply excellent, and the eggs royal at breakfast were a definite highlight. the staff were polite and welcoming throughout my visit.

I stayed for a week and loved the quiet rooms away from the pub noise. The staff were super friendly and quick to help us, especially when my daughter got sick. We tried the Sunday carvery and it was delish! Only drawback was the check-in can be a bit confusing since it’s separate from the dining area.

Breakfast service kicked off at 8 a.m. on weekends, which may not suit early risers or those needing to head out early—seems a little late if you're on the move. I had a toilet flush that was tricky. had to be shown a sort of workaround instead of a quick fix, which felt a bit unnecessary. Lastly, being a bit out of town might leave some feeling isolated from local attractions and amenities.
